However, the signage could be improved for easier navigation, and there's a need for more varied dining options outside of the excellent seafood BBQ. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was delightful and enjoyable.

staying at ayana komodo waecicu beach was a dream! our deluxe ocean view room was clean and new, with a stunning view every morning. the staff was super friendly and fast, always making us feel welcome. the food at all the restaurants was top-notch, especially the seafood. getting our takeaway breakfast through the app was such a cool touch!

I stayed in the Deluxe Full Ocean View King Room with breathtaking ocean views that greeted me at sunrise and sunset. The lobby bar provided a nice atmosphere with spectacular views. However, I faced a significant issue when I got food poisoning after dining at the Mesa lobby bar. Staff took hours to provide medication, and there was no apology offered. Also, the pricing for dining was steep, and I ended up eating outside the hotel afterwards. The service at HonZen restaurant was frustratingly slow while settling my friend's bill. Additionally, after checking out, trying to retrieve a lost item was challenging as I received no follow-up. The hotel lacks urgency in dealing with guest concerns. Despite these issues, views are definitely the highlight, pure perfection, but they need better food safety practices and service efficiency.
