Stunning views from the Ocean View Room made mornings unforgettable, and the hospitality from the staff stood out, always attentive and friendly. The pool area was inviting, complete with plenty of shade and sunbeds. However, the signage could be improved for easier navigation, and there's a need for more varied dining options outside of the excellent seafood BBQ. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was delightful and enjoyable.

Fine ocean views delighted us at sunrise and sunset. The room was immaculate, and the staff friendly and attentive. Pricing for some activities felt high, yet every moment was extraordinary, especially the snorkeling trip.

I stayed in the Deluxe Full Ocean View King Room with breathtaking ocean views that greeted me at sunrise and sunset. The lobby bar provided a nice atmosphere with spectacular views. However, I faced a significant issue when I got food poisoning after dining at the Mesa lobby bar. Staff took hours to provide medication, and there was no apology offered. Also, the pricing for dining was steep, and I ended up eating outside the hotel afterwards. The service at HonZen restaurant was frustratingly slow while settling my friend's bill. Additionally, after checking out, trying to retrieve a lost item was challenging as I received no follow-up. The hotel lacks urgency in dealing with guest concerns. Despite these issues, views are definitely the highlight, pure perfection, but they need better food safety practices and service efficiency.

The kids' club was fantastic! Our little one loved playing with the friendly staff, while we enjoyed the stunning ocean views from our balcony. The service was top-notch, with everyone eager to assist us during our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, more options for early risers at breakfast would be great.

The stunning ocean views from my room were breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The hotel's lush greenery and well-maintained pathways made it easy to navigate, allowing me to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings without any difficulty.
More clear signage for senior accessibility would help.

Stunning ocean views from my room every day.
The service was disappointing and frustrating. When I inquired about activities, the staff seemed unhelpful and uninformed. The charge for snorkeling was a surprise and felt inappropriate for a luxury hotel. I expected better from my stay and left feeling dissatisfied.
